Returns & Exchnage Policy
At paksamaan.shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:
The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
You received the incorrect size.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all labels and protective stickers.
Please Note:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on clearance sale items, mystery boxes, or special deal products.
For graphic t-shirts orders above PKR 8,000, we require a 5-10% advance payment due to print-on-demand processing.
We require advance payments on custom-made orders.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery:

Please include your order details and the reason for return/exchange.
If the item is defective, damaged, or faulty, please email clear photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. A replacement charge of PKR 350 will apply.
If you received a defective item, return shipping costs will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
3. Processing Time
We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
During busy sales periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
4. Size Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@paksamaan.shop].
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels intact.
White and beige/skin tones are not eligible for exchange.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
The product is damaged upon delivery.
You received the incorrect product due to a packing error.
Please note:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
6. Sale & Discounted Product Policy
Exchanges for sale or discounted products are only available if the wrong product was sent due to a packing error.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges if:
The request is made after the 7-day window.
The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
The item has been tampered with.
